HOW DO YOU DIFFERENTIATE  BETWEEN LONG & SHORT EARRINGS?

All earrings under 60 mm are labeled as SHORT. Anything over 60 mm is labeled as LONG.   

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SHAWL & A STOLE?

If the width is 30" or greater we have listed the item as a shawl. 

IS THERE ANY NICKEL IN THE EARRINGS?

The earrings base is made from a high quality alloy. Unfortunately, they do contain some percentage of nickel. 

WHY DO THE STONE COLOURS LOOK DIFFERENT IN PERSON?

There may be a slight change in colour due to reflection, light, or photography.

TAXES

Orders are shipped from Canada. Taxes within Canada will be applied as per the province / territory.

Duties may apply if ordering from another country, please see below for details.

DUTIES

Orders being shipped within Canada do not have duties.

US & International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these import fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
